She has some very nice sponsors and beautiful prices!!!
I encourage you to enter!

  1. Introduce yourself! Divulge your life's vision, likes, dislikes, aspirations, or something completely random! I love cooking, blogging, photography, playing the piano, drawing, chocolate, ballet, flowers, painting, making crafts, animals, my family<3, and most importantly God! He is my Saviour and I love him! Oh and did I mention rain? Yes, that is one of His best creations!
  2. What, to you, forms the essence of a true heroine? Someone who is strong willed, but is kind. Someone who has faults but will always admit it when she is wrong.
  3. Share (up to) four heroines of literature that you most admire and relate to. Emma is definitely one of my favorites, if not my favorite! And she and I both love painting, and aren't big readers.
  4. Five of your favorite historical novels? Sorry, but I haven't read any. As I said before, I'm not a big reader. I've only watched the movies. I am in the process of reading Emma though.
  5. Out of those five books who is your favorite main character and why? Umm.... Well, Emma I guess.
  6. Out of those five books who is your favorite secondary character and why? Oh dear. I guess I should read more. And I do plan to. Pride and Prejudice is next on my list!
  7. If you were to plan out your dream vacation, where would you travel to - and what would you plan to do there? Probably Europe! I would travel all over and see the sites, buy souvenirs, and eat delicious food! =)
  8. What is your favorite time period and culture to read about? 1950's!! Next is the '20's and then it's probably the the late 1700's!
  9. You have been invited to perform at the local charity concert. Singing, comedy, recitation - what is your act comprised of? Playing the piano
  10. If you were to attend a party where each guest was to portray a heroine of literature, who would you select to represent? Emma or Amy from "Little Women"

  15. In your opinion, the ultimate hero in literature is… Mr. Knightly!

  17. Sum up your fashion style in a short sentence. I try to be fancy, but goucho pants and a pretty t-shirt is what I usely end up wearing.
  18. Have you ever wanted to change a character’s name? Nope. In my own stories I write, yes! All the time!
  19. In your opinion, the most dastardly villain of all literature is... Hmm... maybe Prince John from Robin Hood
  20. Three favorite Non-fiction books? The Bible is my very favorite! And I don't have any other "favorites" really. There's some I like.
  21. Your duties met for the day, how would you choose to spend a carefree summer afternoon? Depends on the weather! If it's raining, I'd go ride my bike. If it wasn't then I'd paint my nail, draw, write, blog, etc!
  22. Create a verbal sketch of your dream hat - in such a way as will best portray your true character. Hmm.. either a pillbox hat with netting, or a pretty floppy hat with a silky ribbon!
  23. Share the most significant event(s) that have marked your life in the past year. Well, it's only February. Did you mean last year? You caught me at a bad year. We didn't do much last year. (at least nothing that I can think of) Not that 2012 wasn't a good year, it was very fun! Just nothing stands out that I/we did.
  24. Share the Bible passage(s) that have been most inspiring to you recently.  And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. Isaiah 65:24. It's very true!

Questionare!

http://everystory-storygirl.blogspot.com/ is having a quetion thing and here are my answers:

1. Have you ever read Around the World in 80 Days, or any other books by Jules Verne? If not, do you plan to? No I haven't.
2. It's your turn to travel around the world! But you can only visit one country on each continent (excluding Antarctica). Which do you choose? North America: Maybe Mexico...I haven't been there yet. Europe: FRANCE!<3 I don't out of the other ones, I can't decide.
3. What is your favorite "foreign" song? Hmm... I don't know that I have a favorite foreign song. I like any good song that is sung in French!
4. Do you know your heritage? From which country(s) does your family originate?
5. What is your preferred method of travel? Car.. Plain is really fun too though!
6. What is your favorite ethnic food? Enchiladas, probably!
7. If you had to choose one literary character to travel around the world with, who would it be? Maybe Lizzy from Pride and Prejudice, or Marianne from Sense and Sensibility!
8. From kilts to kimonos, most countries have some form of traditional dress- of which would you be most willing to wear? Hmmm... Kilts perhaps? What exactly do they wear in France?...... Scarves and sunglasses, that's what I think of! =)
9. If you could speak any foreign language, what would it be? French!
10. What is your opinion on the subject of hot air balloons? I can't wait to ride one someday!!! They look SO fun!
11. Okay. Pick a country, any country. Now pick a piece of classic literature (fiction, please!). If that story took place in this other country, what would be different? France is my country and P & P is my piece of literature! Hmmm.. Not much difference there. There would be lots more bread and cheese to eat =)
12.Choose five of your favorite authors (or just as many as you can)...each from a different country! Jane Austen: England, L. M. Montgomery: Canada... sorry that's all I can think of.
13. In Around the World in 80 Days, Phileas Fogg is accused of bank robbery. Of course, we know he didn't do it- but the book never explains who did. Who do you think robbed the bank? I've never read the book =)
14. Does your church support any foreign missionaries? If so, tell a little about what countries they are from! Yes, they are missionaries in Tanzinia.
15. Time is running out! You only have a few days left to finish your journey! You're on the last leg of your trip, traveling through the American West by train, when suddenly Indians attack! What do you do? I would grab a gun for protection, hide, and start praying.
